Your satisfaction is important to us so if you are unhappy with your purchase or it is the wrong size, we will happily exchange the item(s).
Please contact our Customer Service Team at info@theldon.com.au to discuss any concerns you may have.
If you wish to return an item you must make contact with us within 14 days of receiving it and it must be returned to us in 'as new' condition i.e. unworn and undamaged. The return item will at your cost. The replacement item(s) will be sent by AUSPOST, at no additional charge. If we are unable to supply a replacement item, we will give a full refund on the item(s).
Refunds
All refunds will be made via the same method as original payment was made i.e. refunded to same credit card or bank account.
If a processing fee was charged, this will not be part of the refund.
